To step into my world would be, a total shock to many but here is a quick glance into it.

Who I am~

I am a simple person who tries to see the good in everyone, no matter how hard it becomes. I was born in New Orleans Louisiana, and to this day I still call Louisiana home even though I currently live in Georgia.

I currently hold 2 college degrees 1 in business administration from LSU, and 1 in early childhood education from UGA Will I continue to collect degrees? It all depends on what life throws at me.


I have 6 wonderful sons that range in age from 23 to 15, that with out them there would times I question my very existence. I have 1 grandson, and recently found out that my 2nd grandchild is on the way. I never imagined myself being a grandmother at the age of 40 but then life never tells use the secrets it has in store for us.


I am no where near perfect, I have had my share of failed relationships, and I wish I could say that part of my life is over, but I know its not, I just learn to overcome, and move on.

I am my worst critic, and enemy, and for those who wonder, yes I do wear my heart and feelings on my shoulder; which I know it makes it very difficult for a lot of people to understand me.


I currently work from my home, I have a home daycare, I realize it’s not a lot but it pays the bills, while allowing me to be here for my children, and for me to work on my current passions: writing and photography.


My writing comes from the heart, and currently I haven’t been doing much with it. I had several stories in the works one was even just down to going through the last changes and amendments, but because of something that happened I just can’t seem to apply myself to it anymore, even though the book was started long before the heartbreak occurred. I wonder if this is normal;probably not for anybody else, but knowing my life yes. But on a brighter note I am putting together a cookbook, so maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.


I will stop here, but there is so much more about me, but through the years I have learned its better to keep it to myself.
